Pet Carriers
Depending upon your travel needs for your pet, you’ll have a huge variety of styles to choose from. For long distance travel, you’ll most likely need a sturdy hard-framed carrier that has food, water, and some receptacle for any waste. Check with airlines and other travel companies to see any regulations on the models your can choose. For shorter trips, you’ll have a lot of options as many of the models available can be purchased with soft beds for almost any size of pet. The pet carrier market has expanded greatly in the realm of personal plush carriers, intended mostly for small dogs. Maybe it was the chic style of people like Paris Hilton, holding her dog in a LV handbag, but you can now find small carriers that are a mix of handbag and carrier. These are usually the size of a gym big, are plush and bendable, and many are airline approved.
In addition to models like these, there are also pet strollers. Just like a stroller intended for a child, but these models have a small enclosed space that you can easily zip up to keep your pet contained or let them stick their heads out. These models take the weight off your upper body, but still let you spend time with your pet in public.
